LADIES, it is YOUR time to SOAR! In the times we live, something is stirring in you and you know there is more. How do you go for that “more?” What is that “more?” Do you feel like you are waiting? Waiting on God? Or is He waiting on you? You have a DREAM and wonder how do I take that next step?

We know that sometimes the waiting room of life can pull us down, yet the Bible exhorts us often to "wait on the Lord." How do you walk through the "wait" and trust Him? How do we step out and SOAR like the eagles? TD Jakes once said, "Soar is the promise; the crushing is the process." Join us for this dynamic weekend as we release the more He has in you, learn how to wait with expectation for the promise, and look at how to trust the Lord through the process. You won't want to miss what the Lord is planning for you!

Pastor Karen Hanson

Pastor Karen surrendered her life to Jesus 1995 after the unexpected death of her husband. With her 16-month-old daughter and insurmountable obstacles before her, she took one day at a time and started learning how to trust Jesus. Those years propelled her to dedicate her life to living by example to encourage and empower others to achieve their full potential.

Karen has over two decades of teaching and counseling experience and currently is positioned as Senior Chaplain with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, DOC, and the Executive and Women's Pastor at New Hope Church in Palm Harbor.

Edie Darling

Ambassador of Peace

Edie is an Author, Spiritual Leader, Motivational Speaker, true Humanitarian and an Ambassador of Peace. She has dedicated over two decades of her life serving in many multifaceted roles in law enforcement. Edie's mission transcends all religions, inspiring others through faith, hope, and love that motivates and encourages all to look beyond themselves.

Her bold and refreshing ground breaking book titled: "The Time Is Now Awaken Your Dormant Gifts" will help you understand that God - The I AM THAT I AM - in a whole new way.

Michele Snyder

Michele's passion is for the church to know their identity in Christ. She uses her lived experiences and the Word of God as a backdrop to encourage others to pursue a walk with God. She has a story of brokenness and healing, and she loves to elevate the Glory of God in her life in all that she does.

Michele is Founder and CEO of Empowered To Change International Inc and empowers the broken to heal. the voiceless to speak, and communities to come together.

Brittany and her husband Jason are founders of One Fire Worship, as well as singer-songwriters who have been leading worship for over 15 years. Their passion is that all would encounter the love of God beyond a surface level and see the truth of who God is and His unconditional love. Through their worship the heavens are open wide, the atmosphere is changed, and undone by the presence of God. They have dedicated their lives for this one thing "That all would see the glory of God manifest in every area of their lives."

Dr. Tonya Hawthorne, DO is a board certified Osteopathic Physician and the founder of New Frontiers Health Force. After attending Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL studying missions, English, and Bible, she then went on to study medicine at ATSU Medical School. She did her residency in Family Practice in Largo, Fl. She has devoted the entirety of her medical career leading short-term teams, disaster relief, the Ngoswani Community Health Center, and other medical project around the globe.
